Objective: Reposition a clinical psychologist into a modern therapeutic guide blending Carl Jung, mythology, and trauma healing.

Challenges:

Needed balance between credibility and creativity

Language had to be trauma-aware and softly poetic

Client didn’t want personal branding or heavy use of face

Approach:

We leaned into reflective metaphors (mirrors, shadows, echoes). Content focused on archetypes, dreams, and self-reflection prompts. We built Instagram storytelling into “mirror moments” with blurred, fragmented imagery and slow, immersive captioning.

14.5K followers in 7 weeks

2X increase in newsletter subscriptions

5 collaborations with wellness platforms
